Introducing Unbilled Calls Service 

Unbilled Calls Service allows you to request the total cost of unbilled calls made from your mobile or home phone service since the start of your billing month by dialling our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.

  • Our Unbilled Calls Service is a great way for you to keep up to date with your bill.
  • Receive your current unbilled calls total quickly and efficiently via our automated phone system.
  • Account users as well as account holders may use the service provided that the correct account passcode is used.


Activating this Service  

The Unbilled Calls Service is automatically available to all of our mobile and home phone customers.



Using this Service 

The Unbilled Calls Service is only available through our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, which can be accessed by dialling 13 30 20 or 345 from your mobile phone. If you are overseas, you may call us on +61 8 9282 0222 (international calling rates apply) to access this service.

On the IVR:

  • Select automated services option.
  • Select the Unbilled Calls Service option.
  • Dial your home phone or mobile service number when prompted.
  • Dial your 4 digit account passcode when prompted.
  • A recording of your unbilled calls total (excluding GST, included call allowance, extra services and any call cap discounts) will be announced at this point.
  • Note: Due to delays downloading unbilled call records from the network, we cannot guarantee the Unbilled Calls Service will be up to date at the time of disclosure.


Costs of Using this Service 

The Unbilled Calls Service is free, however standard call charges apply for any calls to 13 30 20.

Is there a charge for using the Unbilled Calls Service?

  • No, a charge does not apply for the use of this service from your mobile phone. However standard call charges apply for any calls to 13 30 20 from your home phone service.

Can an account user access the Unbilled Calls Service?

  • The Unbilled Calls Service is available to anyone who has been provided the correct account passcode by the account holder.
  • Account users are required to ask the account holder for the corresponding 4 digit passcode to their mobile or home phone service to access the Unbilled Calls Service.

Can I use this service while I’m outside of Australia?

  • Yes, you are able to dial +61 8 9282 0222 from overseas to access our IVR system and request your unbilled calls total as usual however, international calling rates will apply.
  • As this number is charged at international calling rates, we do suggest you allow someone you trust in Australia such as a relative or family member, to access the service for you by supplying them with your 4 digit account passcode, which can be changed at a later date.

Can I find this service on your website?

  • No, the Unbilled Calls Service is only available by calling our Customer Care numbers 345 or 13 30 20 from your mobile phone or 13 30 20 from your home phone.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

  • You may contact us on 13 30 20 and change your password to one that can be remembered easily. To do this, we will be required to check your identification.
  • The consultant can then transfer you to our Unbilled Calls Service.

Can the Unbilled Calls Service send the total to me via SMS or email?

  • No, with the implementation of a free Unbilled Calls Service we now provide the unbilled calls total during your initial call removing the need for this information to be sent.

Is this service available on prepaid services?

  • No, but you can check the current credit balance by dialling 555 from your prepaid service.
