SureFax allows you to use your mobile phone to receive and store faxes electronically in a mailbox and divert them to a fax machine anywhere within Australia.

Our SureFax service is an additional option to the basic Voicemail service and offers you the convenience of having a mobile fax machine without additional equipment. SureFaxes can be received from and sent to any location in the world.
As we become increasingly mobile it's sometimes difficult to wait around the office for that important fax. If you're always on the run then our SureFax service is ideal for you!

To activate the SureFax service please call us on our Customer Care number for assistance.
|Using this Service |
Your SureFax and Voicemail services are linked. When a Fax arrives, a MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) will appear on your mobile phone's display letting you know in just the same way as your Voicemail service.
People send faxes directly to your SureFax number as they would to a normal fax machine.
|Retrieving SureFax messages from your Mobile Phone
Simply dial 321 from your mobile phone and follow the voice prompts.
The voice prompt will welcome you and inform you that you have "x new faxes and x saved faxes".
You will then be told the number of pages, the time and date of the first SureFax in your Voicemail box. The voice prompt will offer you the following options:

"To print this fax, press 6"
|To print all SureFaxes
"To print all, press 8 twice"
|Schedule a time for SureFax printing
"To schedule a time for fax printing, press 3"
|Setting up Automatic SureFax Delivery
Automatic delivery enables you to divert all SureFaxes straight through to a fax number of your choice.
Simply dial 321 from your mobile phone and follow the voice prompts. The voice prompt will welcome you and inform you that you have "x new faxes and x saved faxes".
From the voice prompt menus, choose the following options and follow the instructions. Make certain you enter the autofax number, schedule and type:
|Saving and deleting SureFax messages
You can store up to 20 SureFax and voice messages in your Voicemail box at any one time.
After sending your SureFaxes to a fax machine for printing, you are given the option of saving the SureFax message by pressing 5 or deleting the SureFax message by pressing 3.

There is no charge to deposit SureFaxes; you only pay when you retrieve them.
|Viewing your service charges on your Bill
Your SureFax Service monthly subscription is shown under ‘Charges this bill’ along with your mobile service access fees and other monthly charges.
Because your SureFax and Voicemail services are linked, SureFax deposits and retrievals are itemised on your Bill as Voicemail deposits and retrievals.
