Multiple Number allows you to have a second phone number attached to your existing home phone line.

Multiple Number allows you to have a second phone number attached to your existing phone line.
|Activating this Service |
To activate Multiple Number service on your home phone, please visit the ‘Contact Us’ section of our website or call our Customer Care number. This service may take up to 48 hours to activate.
|Using this Service |
Multiple Number is an enhanced service that can be used on your home phone. However, Multiple Number requires a phone with distinctive ring capability to allow you to distinguish incoming calls for each number.

To have Multiple Number disconnected, please call our Customer Care number.
|Costs of Using this Service |
This service has a monthly charge. For current charges, please use the ‘Contact Us’ section of our website or call our Customer Care number. Normal call charges apply to calls made using the primary voice number. Please refer to your call plan details as charges may vary.
Higher call costs apply to calls made using the override prefix. Please refer to the Soul Phone Fax and Multi-Number plan for call charges.
