Introducing Call Forward Selected Callers 

Call Forward Selected Callers allows you to forward calls from selected callers to another number from your home phone.

Call Forward Selected Callers allows you to select the callers you want forwarded to another number.

  • Create your own ‘Selected Caller List’ of up to 15 callers you want to forward to another number.
  • Forward different callers to different numbers.
  • Don’t miss important calls. You can forward selected calls to almost any phone number in Australia!
  • Only pay for forwarding the calls you want forwarded.


Activating this Service 

To activate the Call Forward Selected Callers service, please visit the ‘Contact Us’ section of our website or call our Customer Care number. The service may take up to 48 hours to activate.



Using this Service 

Call Forward Selected Callers is an optional enhanced service that can be added to your existing home phone service. Call Forward Selected Callers is easy to use, using your PIN and the instructions below.


Personal Identification Number (PIN)  

  • Call Forward Selected Callers requires a PIN to create or change Selected Caller Lists.
  • A default PIN will be issued to you when the service is connected.
  • We recommend you change your PIN as soon as possible.
  • Your PIN can be changed as often as you like.
  • Your PIN can only be changed from your home phone.
  • If you have an existing PIN for another home phone service, you can use this same PIN for Call Forward Selected Callers.

Changing your PIN  

  • Wait for dial tone.
  • Press * 30.
  • Enter the old PIN.
  • Press *, enter new PIN.
  • Press *, re enter new PIN, #.
  • Listen to the announcement confirming the PIN has been changed.
  • Hang up.

To turn Call Forward Selected Callers on  

  • Wait for dial tone.
  • Press * 92 #.
  • Listen to the announcement confirming the service is on.
  • Hang up.

To turn Call Forward Selected Callers off  

  • Wait for dial tone,
  • Press # 92 #.
  • Listen to the announcement confirming the service is off.
  • Hang up.

To check if Call Forward Selected Callers is on or off  

  • Wait for dial tone.
  • Press * # 92 #.
  • Listen to the announcement confirming status.
  • Hang up.

To set up an entry in the ‘Selected Caller List’  

  • Wait for dial tone.
  • Press * 87.
  • Enter PIN *.
  • Listen to the announcement for options.
  • Press 4 *.
  • Listen to the announcement for instructions.
  • Enter the list position number.
  • Press *.
  • Enter the caller’s phone number, including the area code, then press *.
  • Listen to the announcement for instructions.
  • Enter the forwarding destination number and area code, then press #.
  • Listen to the announcement confirming entry has been created.
  • Hang up.

To check the number in a particular position of the ‘Selected Caller List’  

  • Wait for dial tone.
  • Press * # 87.
  • Enter PIN *.
  • Listen to the announcement for options.
  • Press Dial 4 *.
  • Listen to the announcement for instructions.
  • Enter the list position number.
  • Press #.
  • Listen to the announcement for information.
  • Hang up.

To remove a number from the ‘Selected Caller List’  

  • Wait for dial tone.
  • Press # 87.
  • Enter PIN *.
  • Listen to the announcement for options.
  • Press 4 *.
  • Listen to the announcement for instructions.
  • Press 1.
  • Listen to the announcement for instructions.
  • Enter the list position number.
  • Press #.
  • Listen to the announcement confirming removal of the number.
  • Hang up.

To remove all numbers from the ‘Selected Caller List’  

  • Wait for dial tone.
  • Press # 87.
  • Enter PIN *.
  • Listen to the announcement for options.
  • Press 4 *.
  • Listen to the announcement for instructions.
  • Press 2.
  • Listen to the announcement for instructions.
  • Press 1 #.
  • Listen to the announcement confirming all numbers have been removed.
  • Hang up.

This service has a monthly charge. For current charges, please use the ‘Contact Us’ section of our website or call our Customer Care number. Normal call charges will apply to calls forwarded using this service. Please refer to your call plan details as charges may vary.

Your Call Forward Selected Callers service monthly charge is shown as a service charge, along with your line rental for your home phone service.

Does Call Waiting work with Call Forward Selected Callers?

  • No, the Call Waiting tone will not be heard while Call Forward Selected Callers is active.

Can I use more than one Call Forward feature at once?

  • Yes, although some features have a higher priority and will override others:
    • Call Forward Selected Callers will override all other Call Forward features.
    • Call Forward Immediate will override Call Forward Set The Time; Call Forward Busy; Call Forward No Answer.
    • Call Forward Set The Time will override Call Forward Busy and Call Forward No Answer.

What if I can’t remember my PIN?

  • Please call our Customer Care number to reset your PIN.

If I forward calls to my mobile service will the caller be charged or will I be charged?

  • If you forward calls to a mobile you will be charged for a call to a mobile (that is, the diverted part of the call) and the caller will be charged at the applicable rate for their call to your home phone service.

What is a List Position?

  • The Selected Callers List can have up to 15 phone numbers. The list position is the position of the phone number on the list.

Can I forward different callers to different numbers?

  • Yes, you can.
